Refund Policy

At Aligned Horizons Behavioral Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services and educational resources. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, study guides, mock exams, online courses, and other digital materials are final. Because these products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available unless required by law.
Supervision Services
Payment is required before your scheduled supervision session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") are not eligible for a refund.
If Aligned Horizons Behavioral Solutions must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Training, Workshops, and Events
Registration fees for live trainings, workshops, webinars, and community events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Aligned Horizons Behavioral Solutions.
If you are unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another participant or applied as a credit toward a future training at our discretion.
Subscription Services
Subscription services may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for payments already processed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Aligned Horizons Behavioral Solutions.
