This advanced 90-day program prepares supervisees for professional certification by focusing on leadership, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. The curriculum addresses complex clinical areas including behavior reduction strategies, interdisciplinary collaboration with speech and occupational therapists, and behavioral skills training for caregivers. Participants will study the BACB Ethics Code in depth while developing practical skills for performance monitoring, caseload management, and professional communication.
